Changing just the foil or cutter on their own would be like sharpening just one side of a pair of scissors! the foil and cutter arrived within 3 days but the foil is not a perfect fit for my shaver.
it does the job , it's just that the black plastic doesn't sit very well when clipped onto the shaver.
