Excellent shaver, lightweight, easy to hold & gives a great shave. Like the on/off button switch. I've tried others and they're all a bit cumbersome.
Delivery: ordered V.late Mon night, arrived 1st post Wed. Better price than supermarket. Would I buy again from shavers.co.uk? No question, now bookmarked.
I wish I could get a close shave with this shaver. I am thoroughly disappointed with it - takes me half an hour to have a shave, and cannot reach the longer hairs. Have to finish with a wet shaver to accomplish a decent result.
Is there not a different foil which would do a better job?
I bought this as a replacement to my 6 year old Braun Interface Excel 3770. It is a single foil only with pop-up trimmer as opposed to the 3 series which have twin foils along with a cutting element for longer hairs.
This is perfect for everyday shaving, however you will struggle to shave an overgrown beard unless you use the pop-up trimmer to trim down first. If you like to shave once every couple of days then I won't recommend this to you as you'd be better off with a series 3 or above which will get the job done a lot quicker. But like I said for everyday shaving this is great.
Overall I'm very pleased with the shaver, the build quality is really good, charges in under an hour to give around 30mins shaving time and looks like it will last me another 5 years given that I replace the foil every year or two.
