My first comment is on shavers.co.uk. I have bought a number of items from them over some years and have always had excellent service - keen prices, quick delivery. However, this time we arrived home to find the package had been left on our doorstep where someone had ripped it open and stolen my new shaver. I was not a happy bunny!

Now for the shaver. I've only just started using it so it's early days but I am impressed by how quiet it is and it has delivered a close shave which is much better than my previous Braun. I've only used it dry. The trimmer works well although being positioned on the back of the shaver is perhaps not quite as easy to use as it could be. The shaver comes with a long power lead but only a soft bag to put the shaver in - no room for the lead! So any longer holiday will mean carrying the shaver and lead separately. A minor irritation!
