I hope reminington make a note of this! Probably spent a lot of time and money on design of these ceramic clippers but have overlooked something as simple as the durability of its plastic combs. What good are the clippers if the teeth on the combs breaks so easily?? I only came onto this site to look for spare combs and saw it was not just me who was having problems. Remington...sort it out!

I have the HC363C which I have found really good but just like all the other reviewers am really disappointed with the poor quality combs whose teeth break far too easily.

I have had my HC3663C for about three years and i have got through about 15 combs they are rubbish they break in the same spot every time the little lugs. I rang remington and they have been great sending new combs FOC, they even sent a new shaver saying they thought it might be faulty.

Good company being let down by a badly made product.

Shaver performs well but combs are brittle and break.

I love this clipper it is 100% reliable and gives a great cut every time, my only beef with remington is having owned the same model before they have sacrificed the velvet like hand grip in the center of clipper which was a classy touch, this was lost i feel to unneeded accessories, detail trimmer, cape etc..

The combs are terrible, always breaking. Does anyone have the phone number for Customer Services?

I really like the product and it does seem to stay sharp no problem there.

I previously snapped the no.1 comb and phoned customer services who sent me new ones. I've since snapped those too and am debating whether to phone up again or throw the whole lot in the bin and buy someone elses.

If you have snapped combs though phone CS they will send you replacements!

Great machine but poor combs. The lugs have broken off all the combs that I use after just a few uses.

I have found this product fantastic compared to other brands,it cuts easy, glides fantastic, but I have found that the teeth of some of the combs have snapped and because they are slide on, dont know where to look to replace them.Could anyone help, if so please tell me at katkaf@aol.co.uk, ty

Great, but my 1/4 inch guide comb broke after only a few uses. One of the small retaining lugs has snapped off rendering the comb useless. Anybody know how to get a replacement??

Top notch clipper does exactly what is says on the box.
But I must say if you want more cutting combs you should go for a more expensive clipper, for me there are pleanty enough combs to do what you want to do, perhaps the previous reviewer hadn't noticed the adjustable blade leaver on the side?

Looks great but has too few cutting combs. Had to return it.

A classic case of "It does what it says on the box." Well made and extremely easy to use. Everything you need is included, plus a bonus detail trimmer which comes in handy for trimming those awkward areas around the ears and neck. Ordering was simple, delivery prompt. Will use the site for all my shaving needs from now on.

This is a very very good value and very high quality set of clippers. The performance of the clippers is great and it what it says, for professonals but very easy to use. The ceramic blades really do make a much better job than steel. This set of clippers never snags it just cuts through everything cleanly and neatly.

I purchased this razor to replace my aging over three years old another make one as it appeared to be losing it's sharpness.
