A tribute to the one of the oldest and most classic fragrances in men’s perfumery, 1714 AD is an infusion of bergamot and cedar.
Bergamot is a major component of the original Eau De Cologne composed by Farina at the beginning of 18th century Germany. Thus with the first record of bergamot oil as fragrance ingredient is 1714, 1714 AD was born.
Unlike most beard softeners that can be difficult to wash from the skin due to their waxy or oily consistency, this is a creamy moisturiser as you would use on your skin but specially formulated for facial hair and skin beneath. Growing and maintaining a beard has never been so easy, eliminates any unwanted itching and softens thick hairs.
Apply a small amount of balm to a towel-dried beard after a bath or shower. Massage well into beard and the skin below.

Not what i expected. Main reason i ordered this was to soften my beard and to eliminate the flakeyness that occurs later on in the day when u have a stroke of your beard but this seems to have made it worse. Its as if the cream drys up and adds more flake. It says its for short hair and stubble which is what i have at the moment and if i touch my beard i get my lap filled with white flakes. Going to stick to beard oil instead from now on. Only good thing about this balm is the smell but thats it.
