Poor quality new design

Braun have created a New Generation shaver head / replacement head for the Series 7 and it is a poor fit. I bought two and noticed that the first one I used one did not attach cleanly to the shaver. That head lasted only four weeks before it detached itself from the shaver during use and simply fell apart. I contacted Braun Customer Service but they weren't interested. I tried fitting the second new shaver head and it was exactly the same. There is a gap of 1mm at the base of the head, which you can see through and the head itself is so loose it can be rocked back and forth on the shaver. Very disappointed
