I agree with Michael. The trimmer works well with the standard heads. It is smooth and cuts without and discomfort. However, the instructions are practically useless, frustratingly so. I'm clearly missing something but have been unable to work out how to fit the speciality heads and am nervous of breaking something by trying to pull and push different parts of the main cutting head. Why can't Philips include some simple instructions?

Ordered to manage my (disappearing) hair during the lockdown. Arrived within a couple of days and would definitely use this supplier again. Used once so far by my (equally unskilled) herself and does the job straightforwardly. Seems to have plenty of battery life and plenty of cutting power.
