Firstly the Panansonic Shaver is a great product but sadly the cleaning system suffers from pump failures. My first cleaning system lasted approx 6 years where upon the pump failed. It was still usable but only as a charger for the shaver. My 2nd cleaning system has now failed with the same fault and it is just under 3 years old. Its a shame Panansonic can't improve the quality of the cleaning system to match that of the shaver for the sake of a few pence. When it works it does a great job of cleaning the shaver.
