The unit works very well and is a great improvement on my earlier model. A misunderstanding over the order was quickly and effectively resolved. Such real Customer Service is rare and it is pleasing to see that it does still exist. I would not hesitate to re-order or recommend the company. Thank you.

This is an absolutely wonderful toothbrush, really thought the one I had before was good until I used this one, just brilliant, leaves teeth feeling so good.
