I ordered my Panasonic ES7027 Pro-Curve Shaver late on Sunday evening and it arrived by first class post at 8.15 a.m. on the Tuesday. Fantastic service!
I found the shaver.co.uk website excellent, full of helpful advice, well organised, with a good set of reviews for most shavers.
I am extremely pleased with the ES7027 in most respects. It arrived fully charged and is a very comfortable shape to hold and use. I’ve been using it for a week now and the charge indicator is only just going to orange, indicating that a charge will be due soon. Interestingly though, although it gives a very good close shave, it is marginally less close and smooth than my really old Boots 2000!
I think my only real niggle is with the charging method. Why does the mains lead (with built in transformer) have a shaver plug fitted rather than a standard 3-pin? It means that I have to have the hefty plug/transformer unit plugged into the shaver point/strip light over my bedroom sink, with the shaver balanced on the sink. I know I can get an adapter to use so I can plug it into a normal mains socket, but it would have been helpful if the fitted plug was 3-pin.
I was intrigued by this shaver and purchased it solely on the basis of customer reviews. I have used it for a week and I am really pleased that it out performs my previous branded shavers in all areas.

Agree with previous contributor that it works best with Palmolive Aloe sensitive gel & gives an excellent close shave, easy to clean as well, particularly suitable for sensitive skin.
Also has an effective trimmer. Could have been supplied with a better travelling case instead of the cloth bag it comes with, but overall very impressed with the product, price & delivery which was within 2 days.Replaces Braun 5614 washable bought less than 12 months ago for �63.80 which gave so poor a shave that I felt it necessary to replace. I'm sure had there been this kind of feed-back available I would never have bought it.
When you buy ordinarily from a shop you can of course not try before you buy, so it's very useful to read of other peoples opinions.
