I always had one of these but my new brush was app only so I decided to purchase this new unit fromShavers direct ,it arrived well packaged very quickly and was very good value for money however it didn't pair with the toothbrush.. after a lot of investigation both speaking with shavers direct and Oral B we still didnt manage to solve it ,until I read the instructions and found that you can factory reset the brush which 'voila' did the trick and now it pairs perfectly ;)
My new Oral B toothbrush needed the updated smart guide and this was supplied successfully. Took a few attempts to get the guide and brush to link but worked ok in the end. NB. Shavers have a system should the delivery address differ from the billing address that requires dispatch to be verified. Good security - but would be nice if they warned customers. I had to chase the delivery as it did not arrive, but once chased it arrived within 24 hours
