I have fairly thick body hair and have been meaning to buy a body groomer for sometime. It did the job well, shaving my chest / arms in around 20 mins. The hair was quite thick but the Body Groom dealt with it well, although it does feel like it is tugging the hair at times.
I mainly bought this model for the back attachment and this does a good job. Simply insert the shaver into the handle and you can reach to the bottom of your back. Dealt with mine easily.
I've not tried the combs as yet as I haven't really needed to. Charging stand is very well designed. I would give this 5 but a couple of minor niggles. The head is hard to remove, there is a knack to it, and I am worried about damaging the head. A button on the side of the head would solve this. Also the tugging at times was a little uncomfortable.
