Had a 7165 for 2 years now and always gives 30 mins of shaving time if you make sure the red battery light tells you it is flat before you recharge it. Going to get a new 7120 soon as it is a bit cheaper than replacing its cutters, which are worn out now. If you are getting such poor battery life try a full discharge or try to return it as being faulty.
An excellent shaver which has been spoilt by its poor battery life. The problem would be solved if one was able to replace the existing batteries with ones that have a better life.
