Hey, not a lot wrong with this model! Had mine a long time. I do wet shave occasionally as well as electric shave. Leaning more towards electric shave these days & should stick to it as per recommendations. Been good shaver to use, Trimmer is a good design in my opinion, neat action & precise cut. Head flex is a good design too. Mine's a little noisy now, or is it just me? I've been wondering whether to replace cutters & foil but I'll hang on in there for a while me thinks. Tend to use mine via the cord but that's just convenience as my mirror is next to the socket! Have noticed that an electric shave promotes softer beard as it starts to grow again. Reckon I get a slightly closer shave too! It's pre-shave I can't work out. Sometimes a Boots product, other times just a very thin smear of talc. Again I think it's a case of allowing your skin to adjust to an electric shave....I guess.....so they say! Yeah, will have to follow my own advice. Don't knock the shaver
Had one for several years but I think the battery is going so this is a replacement. So far I am very pleased, much quieter than the previous but I have yet to judge the battery life. If it is as good as the previous one and lasts as long, I shall be very happy.
I have used Remington shavers before, but this is the poorest I've had - difficult to use, cumbersome, and the trimmer has to be used separately and is ineffective. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this.
