As another Reviewer has already noted, the Remington site didn't even list this product, even though it still a current product in the shops (I've checked)! Speedy delivery, very well packaged . . . and most importantly saved the cost of purchasing a new beard-trimmer when other than the comb attachment my product is still in absolutely perfect condition. Totally happy with every aspect of the service.
