The new one is as good as the previous one - works just as well. So I'm happy with the product and expect it to do another 14+ yrs . The old one's batteries had finally lost their ability to recharge which is normal after such a long period of use.
Totally superior to the old model, shave far safer ( no pointy bits) and trimmer more accurate and much better quality comb
