The trimmer functions well but the "instructions" are little help. The wealth of paperwork included in the box is largely legal stuff and safety warnings in more languages than I care to count. The instruction sheet gives no information on how to change the head and I finished up fitting the various combs by trial and error. Altogether a good product spoiled by poor guidance for the uninitiated.
Usually have a mixed grading head & beard shave at barbers, as this no longer available, ordered this. Came promptly. Does what I'd expect without fuss or fault. Not used every piece but enough bits to suit most sensible needs for short hair/ beard grooming.
All ordered without fuss, kept up to date regarding delivery so very good indeed. Don't normally use this kind of product, but the global circumstances dictated. Hair cut complete so all Good!!
