Seems to be quite good. Not as close as a standard razor, but quite acceptable. Not had any rashes or other skin problems, even though using it dry. Quick to use.
Very pleased with "Shavers" as no issue with order or delivery. I'm also pleased with the shaver's performance, albeit only on a few days usage. I've always had Phillips rotary shavers. However, the main reason I went for the Panasonic ES-LL21 was based on positive reviews for it and a lot of not so positive reviews of modern Phillips shavers in this price range. This Panasonic is performing well and giving a close shave. it's also a nice size and weight. Longevity is the only thing I can't comment on, but if things stay as they are it's full marks.
