I was hoping for something that would fill my bedroom all night with menthol to help with congestion, but it wasn't nearly as strong as I had hoped and only lasted for a few hours. Might be ok for kids with the sniffles, but in my opinion, not enough for adults.
I bought this to reduce nasal congestion and help with breathing at night. The vapours it produces are quite pleasant and not at all overpowering and by and large it seems to work.
