I have owned multiple Braun and Philips shavers over the decades. The Panasonic products beats them all into a cocked hat for design, quality of manufacture and results of shave. And, what's more, it's about half the price of the others. As long as it lasts, I will never buy a shaver by anyone again other than Panasonic
Have tried over the years many brands this shaver has topped the lot first class product. And a first class service from shavers will definatley use you again.
I bought one of these Panasonic shavers two or three years ago. I've used it every day with excellent results. Fortunately, I have a fairly light beard. A couple of weeks ago the converter built into the power cable packed up. I found a replacement on Amazon and that works fine. Why not supply the same Shavers? Anyway, when I tried to open the cleaning/charging unit two days ago to replace the cleaning fluid, it wouldn't open. Well, the release worked on one side of the unit but not on the other. I may find a way to clear the problem but try as I have done at odd times over the past two days I've not found a way. I could have bought a replacement cleaning unit from Shavers but the price difference between the cost of a replacement unit and a new shaver including a cleaning unit led me to buy a new Panasonic shaver. The old shaver should be good as a standby for a few more years.
