I have owned a basic series 3 shaver which wasn't bad but it didn't have a trimmer for my side burns, but this 3040s shaver is far better. It gives a much closer shave and I can also trim my side burns.....even in the shower which is an added bonus. I can definitely say I would recommend Braun shavers to future customers.

Bought this shaver as my other ones batteries had expired after many years of good service. Had no hesitation in buying this brand again and am very pleased with purchase which arrived promptly and securely packaged.
