The shaver arrived promptly, the outer cardboard box was soaking wet and damaged, the actual box the shaver was in was also wet. As a company, you need to reassess what company you use for deliveries. order number: #100191576
Arrived promptly, however the box was sodden wet and starting to breakdown, the item box inside outer cardboard box was also wet. New terminology to wet shave, the shaver arrives pre wet!
Bought this shaver to replace a braun model taking advantage of the saving on the Panasonic. Well certainly a worth while purchase as over all it is a superb shaver without yhe need to heavily force the shaver as it does all the work without having to press heavily on the face resulting in a painless shave when having sensative skin. Cleaning the shaving head is easy as the cutters are exposed once the head cover is removed with the foil. Very pleased
