The razor is very good, and I have used a number of brands of electric razor (for 30 years), and the service was great, with a next day delivery and updates on progress too. Well worth the step-up from the lower price band, this seems excellent value next to rivals, and seems very well made so I hope for long service.

I have been very, very impressed with this shaver. After years of putting up with a so-so shave from Phillishavers to suddenly find that there are products out there which actually do the job for which they are intended is most gratifying. Well worth the investment in my eyes. A little bit fiddly to clean and lubricate, and a bit top-heavy, but the shave that I get now is a revelation.
