Best shave I've had from any electric shaver I've ever owned. Wish I'd seen this model earlier. Not yet tried it as a wet shaver, have that pleasure to come!
Well after days of research, discussion with work colleagues (people seem to love talking about their razors!) and a chat with a very helpful chap at the Olympic Shaver Centre (Shavers.co.uk) I committed to purchasing the ES-RF41, despite balking a little at the 3 figure price tag.
But at 47yrs I felt it was time to say goodbye to my Remington, splash out and treat my face to a new electric foil shaver. I didn't want a shaver with all the 'bells and whistles' - just a shaver that gave no irritation, shaved close and was of good build quality.
Having used the RF41 for several days now I can report that the shave is so close and smooooth, both wet and dry. It's quiet and build quality seems v.good. And no irritation. Even my wife is impressed at the shave quality. (She wants to use it for her legs - I think not!!).
At last, after all these years, a shaver that does the job properly. Great product Panasonic - I'm very impressed and pleased that I pushed myself into spending the cash!
Also, great service from Shavers.co.uk again. Thanks!!
Great buy, first real electrical shaver i brought. I done a lot of research around for the right shaver. So i decided to go for 4 blades, a wet and dry and shaver that last long. I didn't want to buy the shaver that comes with the self cleaner because i don't need it if i am washing the blades under the sink.
It takes 2-3 mins or less to give a fine shave. I love using it in the shower or with shaving foam. Can't believe it works like a new razors without cutting yourself.
I have a £20 braun portable shaver a long time ago that didn't give me a fine shave, some hairs were left behind - had to go over a few times to go away. The Panasonic RF41 does this immediately you can hear the hair being taken off and the rollers adjust to your face as you shave.
