Prompt service, very simple to find and buy the part I needed. It's a genuine Braun one and a perfect replacement too. (I have a slightly older model than the part is recommended for, but good photos meant I could verify it was probably the right one!)

Arrived quickly and fitted easily. The only difficulty I had was in re-finding the product, having added another spare part for the same shaver to the basket. It would be useful if, when you bought, say, a foil for a particular shaver, other spare parts for the same make & model of shaver would be suggested as possible additional purchases.
