Ordered a cutter and foil for the Braun 3b came the next day works very well would use again and would recommend to friends
Unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect spare for my Braun Series3 razor which is quite an old model. I took the model number (32B) from an old packing and ordered the same; however I had not really noticed (totally my own fault) that the model I ordered was a modern cassette type whereas I need a "foil and separate cutter" replacement. Why do Braun give the same model number to different items, I wonder? I had opened the packing before realising my mistake and so am unable to return it. I shall now order a new shaver replacement to go with the wrongly ordered replacement. However, non of this is "Shavers" fault and their service was extremely efficient.
