Unfortunately due to my error, the wrong replacement cutters were ordered and delivered promptly. These were duly returned but with very slight damage to the packaging as I had to try to fit one before realising my error. However, due to the good offices of customer services, a refund of nearly all the total price was given to my satisfaction as the terms and conditions are explicit on returns. This action results in my satisfaction rating and reflects well on the company.
