I have been cutting my own hair for years now, but I have to say my cut is better with these clippers than with the cordless ones I have been using. Very smooth operation, quality build and materials, and the cord is nice and long so stretches into the bathroom no problem. The guides are metal backed, which means they hopefully will stay in place better, but the guides (combs) themselves are plastic - I hope they last longer than the usual ones!
I bought these to replace an ageing Argos purchased Remington clipper. I did not realise how bad they were until I used these. Knife thru butter etc etc.
These are great clippers, cut accurately, without ripping and the attachments are metal backed so sturdier that many clippers use.
Very happy with my choice and I highly recommend these Taper 2000 Wahl clippers.
I've tried many hair clippers over the years and wasted lots of cash buying £30-ish clippers. I finally thought I would spend more and buy something better. Im glad I did as nothing comes close to this one.
The build quality is great and the cut is so smooth and effortless on my thick hair. The blade sizes are different to the other cheaper models. They are re-inforced with metal and not flimsy.
The chord long so just what I need.
