The replacement arrived promptly and works very well - I have avoided having to buy another shaver!
head frame arrived 2 day after ordering nicely packed in a small cardboard box all safe and sound fitted foils and blades in 15mins back to electric shaving heaven!!
No complaints about the purchase of spare part. Was back not silver, but hey it works. I have had Philips Electric shavers for over 35 years. This is my 4th, I still have the original that apart from having to replace the rechargeable battery and the heads has had no other parts. This is the first time I have had to buy a part for any of my shavers and to be perfectly honest its because the deign is very poor. I know it will break the head mounting on frame again. So I bought two.
