My first order came with one part and one spring missing (as it happened they were the parts I needed). Took four emails (in which their attitude gave me the impression they thought I was five years old or an idiot) Eventually I was sent another pack which did have all the parts. The kit and the parts are OK, but someone needs to actually look at what is being sent out to make sure it is up to standard.
I thought I would have to buy a new shaver when these small plastic parts disappeared down the plug hole during cleaning. Thanks to Braun and Shavers.co.uk I was able to source something that I thought was not available. Good quick service and parts did the job for me
