The trimmer stops trimming almost immediately after starting shaving; you have to go over the same area so many times in order to get rid of the hair, if you can get rid of it at all. I bought it to prevent shaving burn, but the burn is many times worse than even the cheapest razor, without water or saving foam. I could go on and on and on, but you get the point. Absolutely ripped off. Just sorry that I waited over a year and a half after ordering this, for my old Wahl clippers to finally die, before finally using these. I would've sent these back immediately. My face and head is on fire for hours/days after; still get the ugly razor rash; and, I have to recharge then go over the same spots later/the next day. The main reason I invested so much on these, even in a sale, was because the TVs by Panasonic are so good. My main lesson from this is that I've learned that, just because a company is good at one thing, doesn't mean they're good at all. Damn I wish I could get a refund!
Does the job very well, keeps the charge, very easy to clean manually or with the supplied base. Only grouch the noise the base makes when its in cleaning mode, but this lasts only for 1-2 minutes. I use the original cleaning liquid.
Very fast service, 17 hours from ordering to using. The item was well described and has lived up to expectations. Would recommend company and product.
