Some years ago I swapped from Philips rotary to Braun foil due to getting a rash on my neck after shaving with the Philips. Really pleased with the Braun, no rash, and have now had 3 over the past years, latest being a Series 7 with the cleaning system. Time for a replacement, and was torn between the Braun Series 9 and this Panasonic; bit worried about the Panasonic 5 blade due to previous skin irritation. So, after an extremely helpful 'chat' with someone at Shavers, went for the Panasonic and am so glad I did. Once used to using it, it gives a really close dry shave (haven't tried wet yet) and no irritation whatsoever. Thank you once again for your expert opinions and service.
