I'm really pleased with this as a trimmer. It follows the contours of my head and gives me a neat cut quickly every time. It's easily cleaned and can even be run under the tap to wash off the clippings. It helps to apply a drop or two of the supplied oil from time to time to keep the blades rust-free and free-moving. I just wish the battery would last longer than a couple of cuts - 10 minutes of use. It's often flat when I come to use it. Most British bathrooms don't have power sockets, so it means taking it out to recharge it again. This frustration has me marking the trimmer down from 5/5 to 3/5.
I'm not in the navy, I just need a reasonable length haircut. 15mm is too short!
I agree with another reviewer. I need longer guide combs - up to 25mm.
