I wanted a mains Phillips shaver having had around three shavers of this make and type. There was only one of this type to choose from and would have preferred more choice as this shaver does not have a trimmer which my previous shavers did. However it is good value for money. I would recommend purchasing from Shavers as delivery and service were excellent!
One major issue/problem was that the shaver came with a European plug in lead which did not fit my shaver socket in bathroom. After contacting shavers direct I was told that this was the lead supplied by Phillips these days. However Olympic Shaving Co were able to supply a UK lead but I had to pay another £12 for it. I think Phillips need to make European and UK leads available with their products. I also think that Olympic Shaving Co should make customers aware of this potential problem.
Yes, it is OK. I knew it would be because it was to replace a very old one.
