In my case the item was delivered within a few days of ordering. Very efficient but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong item. I called the company and reordered the correct item with the assistance of the company and was advised to return the unwanted item for a refund. I found the service to be very efficient and timely. Obviously I am not on-line qualified as after nearly two hours of searching identified this as being British two-pin (shaver socket) recharger, which it was. Just didn't fit my Philips model I was searching on. Sent back, replaced with correct part, just plugged it in to charge, so all OK now.
