I have been using rotary shavers since I started shaving and only once tried a Braun foil shaver several years ago without being impressed. I spotted this Braun Series 9 shaver at a good price with Shavers UK and after some research finally went ahead with the purchase. I am very pleased with the closeness of the shave without experiencing any skin irritation. The only significant drawback is that compared to a high end Philishave it is noisy and not quite as easy to do a thorough strip down clean.
