I have had the predecessor to this shaver for many years and decided to upgrade to the new model as buying the cutter/foils was nearly as expensive as buying a new one! Very pleased with this one as well. When delivered the shaver oil was not present in the box but a quick email (which was replied to immediately by Shavers - many thanks) put this right and they are sending a bottle of oil. I recommend this company and the product.
Order and delivery fine. Shaver seems to work well. Only concern is the contents list details some lubrication oil. There was none in the packaging. ops manual says oil is required. So need to research this further.
Product arrived on time and as per description. Gives a reasonably close shave and easy to use.
