I've had a number of water flossers all seem to have the same problem-- electronic push buttons attached to a PCB. Very quickly the circuits get wet and pack up. The water pik has mechanical switches which I figure will be easier to clean. I'm hoping there are no circuit boards, but I won't know until the time comes to dismantle it, with any luck some time away. My only criticism is that it could be a bit more powerful. So far quite pleased.
Very easy too use and does exactly what it says on the tin , would highly recommend this product.
Bought this item to replace another makers model which failed after less than 3 month, when it refused to recharge. After reviewing various options - picked the Waterpik - and so far am pleased with it. Service and delivery from Shavers very good
