The first thing to say is that the service from Shavers was outstanding: ordered mid afternoon from Nottingham, the item was delivered to the South of England the next morning. This is my first experience using an electric shaver and it's quite different. Persistence is the key, each use producing a closer shave. It's not as close as a traditional razor shave, but more than acceptable; maybe that will improve as my technique does. I found the Hyperflex comfortable to use and it's quite quiet. Cleaning is straightforward (I use it dry) and it sits very well in its charging cradle. Overall, I'm a happy customer/user and would recommend both the supplier and the product.
