I've used a Wahl Mag for years and it's been brilliant, but it's finally giving up. I bought what appeared to be one of the best of Wahl's current (bewildering) range of similar products, but this is a long, long way from comparable with the Mag. It functions just fine, but the head is narrower, the attachments are fiddly and feel fragile (though they may be more robust than they feel). And the thing is so noisy! I'm in my 60s now, so trimming ears is a regular occurrence, but the noise is appalling ... and one can't wear ear protectors whilst trimming ears!
