I had scoured the web and shavers.co.uk was the only site I found a replacement foil and cutters set for model Remington WDF4815C. With this simple replacement, my electric razor went from being like an electric cheese grater on my legs, to providing quick, pain and nik free lovely and smooth pins with this new foil and cutters set. They are easy to install and just perfect, so they saved me from tossing away an otherwise perfectly good razor.
The cutters seem good. I have not been able to get the foil to stay in the shaver head. they come out easily with slight pressure.
