There are two cutter heads offered for my razor, designated 70B and 70S. I had no idea that the 'B' stood for Black and that the 'S' stood for silver, so I ordered the cheaper of the two, which was the Black one. However, my old shave head is silver and I should have, therefore, ordered the 70S. We all of us have PhD's in Hindsight, however and, since it works perfectly well, I will not be returning it for the 70S but will try and remember to order the 'right' one next time. Perhaps, the company could put in brackets what the 'B' and the 'S' stand for. The other thing I should mention is that Parcel Force was used to deliver my package. When it had not arrived by the time I reckoned it should have done, I looked at the tracking details which stated that the had tried to deliver it at a certain time and date but they can't have done because both my wife and I were in at that time and date, so I contacted them. They said that they would arrange for delivery the next day and, because I told them that we would both be out in the morning, they said that they would deliver after 1.00pm. When my wife arrived back at the house at 11.45am, it had already been delivered and placed in the porch - so much for delivering after 1.00pm then. In my conversation with them, they told me that most of their deliveries need signing-for but this was just left in the porch. Also in my conversation with them, the woman I spoke to said that an attempted delivery had been made, but at an address seven miles away, which was why it had been returned to the depot. I would suggest that this firm needs to change its delivery people to those who can carry out tasks more efficiently!

No complaint on my purchase.
