My husband has Alzheimer’s and therefore has difficulty using his razor. A cutting blade and retaining ring were lost as they just seem to drop out when you open the top to clean it. I’ve bought both parts but cannot see how to get the retaining rings to lock the blades in place. Help. There doesn’t seem to be a Utube to explain it. His old Philips still works. Regret having bought the new one.
