It's a refill. It's what it is. It's like the one you had before you ordered a refill. Why would you want to read a review of it? I'm giving a low mark in a forlorn attempt to stop needy customer service types constantly badgering me for reviews. (Having said that, it won't let me leave the slider at 0%, so I've had to give it 10% on sufferance)
