Delivery of Goods will be to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery.

We operate two delivery rates, standard rate Royal Mail 1st Class and a premium rate courier service.

Standard rate is free on all orders below £100 and Premium rate is free on orders £100 or over.

You have the option to upgrade to premium rate delivery for £5.00 on orders below £100, which will require a signature on delivery.

We aim to despatch all premium delivery rate orders placed before 2:00pm on the same day. This should provide you with delivery 24–48 hours later (week days only).

We aim to despatch all standard delivery rate orders within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery via Royal Mail 1st Class is usually very reliable and arrives within a 1–3 working days after despatch. However, this service can take up to 7 working days before we can acknowledge an order as missing. If after this period your order has not arrived please contact us as soon as possible.

It is important to remember many of the items we sell will not fit through a letter-box. It is common practice in these circumstances for the delivery company to leave a card of attempted delivery. Occasionally the Royal Mail will also leave parcels behind a gate or out of sight to the side of the house. If your order has not yet arrived this is worth checking first.

If you cancel your order you must take good care of the Goods and must return them to us at your own expense by recorded delivery within 14 days of cancellation of your order. If the Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession then you will be liable for the cost of repairing that damage.

The Goods must be returned unused with all packaging and seals intact and all fittings and guarantees enclosed.
