Why are you still selling saver in the U.K. without this piece of kit as standard? I have just perched a Braun 340-3 Series 3 Wet & Dry Shaver form you for 59.99. This was a present for my Father I was not at all happy to find that this product did not come with a 2-3 pin adaptor.

All electrical appliances in the U.K. now come with 13 amp plugs fitted as standard this should also mean 2-3 pin ada...

I am sorry to hear we didn't quite hit the mark with informing you prior to purchase. We're always looking for ways to improve so will see how we can act on this point.

As a point of interest you will find all shavers purchased in the UK market will have a 2-pin plug as standard. This is actually a UK specification 2-pin bathroom socket plug. As a shaver is generally considered a bathroom product it makes sense to adhere to this standard. I dare say an adapter is not included due to cost or possible waste as many people may have a bathroom socket or an adapter from a previous shaver.

A valid point for us to consider, if just to raise awareness.

A very poor plug and very disappointed with my purchase. Took for ever to get here and it is so dull. won't bother again.
