After struggling with a 'cheap' but big name alternative from a well known chemists chain, and which was absolutely useless, we decided to check Shavers.co.uk and chose this Panasonic which ironically was about the same price. Service from Shavers was excellent- very quick delivery and communication. The trimmer itself is excellent- worlds away from the previous one. It actually cuts hairs, has a decent on/off switch and feels well balanced. Doesn't come with a battery, so make sure you have a spare AA to hand!
