This is a Beast of a Close Shaver with an Excellent Cleaning Station!

My last Panasonic Shaver's (unreplaceable) battery was tiring after many years of use, so I opted for this ES-LV9U Shaver with Cleaning Station, both of which are excellent and thus far, I am Really Impressed!
The LV9U has 5 cutting blades with two incorporated rollers which result in such an extremely close shave, that I am finding that I only need to shave every other day.
There is also an attached pop-up trimmer which works very well.
When you have finished shaving, you can just drop the shaver into the cleaning station, select 'clean', walk away and when you return a while later, the shaver will be spotlessly clean, lubricated, dry and ready to use........ Woof!
Mind you, I must advise that the Cleaning Station can at times get loud during the cleaning process. I'm not sure what is involved technically, but the noises vary from different lengths of quiet buzzing to a few short loud, vibrating buzzes, hence, you wouldn't want to set it to clean whilst someone is in bed.
IMHO, for best results, with no skin irritation and for the longevity of the blades, it is imperative that these shavers are cleaned, dried and lubricated after each shave, whether it be by simply dropping it into the Cleaning Station, or manually adding some liquid soap to the outside of the blades, switching on the shaver's 'clean' mode (which takes around 22 seconds), rinsing the head under a running tap, allowing it to dry and then adding a few drops of oil to the outer blades, it's up to you!
I haven't owned this a month yet, but I gather the Cleaning Station cleaning fluid lasts around 30 days (depending on the cleaning frequency); however, I do tend to remove any cut hairs from the internal gauze filter, rather than let them build up.
I honestly have no regrets whatsoever with my purchase, and I can safely say that this is the best shaver and cleaning station that I have ever owned. I have no negative comments (apart from the noise during cleaning) and I Highly Recommend it.
