I received this product expecting it to be able to trim my body hair which is much needed as I am quite a hairy person.
Upon first use with the biggest spacer on, nothing -didn’t remove, trim or shave any hair off. Put the second slightly shorter spacer on, the same result - nothing. I put the shortest spacer on and the same again. Finally I tried it with the trimmer and foil directly against the skin and guess what, still nothing. With a bit of practice when I ran it up and down my skin about 50 times it took just a little bit off. So I'��m sorry to say this shaver is useless. Thankfully customer services immediately offered to replace it with a better alternative which I'll be doing today.
I am really happy about this shaver, the quality of the customer service, delivery, product, design, convenience to use... My only concern is the size of the shaver itself which is smaller of what I thought...
