Braun does a good job of shaving.Not the closest shave.I did prefer previous mains powered shavers as they seemed more powerful and constant power. Biggest problem is shaver head.Two have broken in past year.Small plastic pins hold blades in place and these break easily.That means blade wobbles in head, making it unusable for shave.These replacement blade heads are as expensive as a new shaver(almost),so be warned! Should complain to Braun,as it's not German in quality?

The shaver arrived exactly as was promised so no hassle there! Unfortunately, I'm growing a beard at present so haven't used it. My normal routine is to stop shaving for three to four weeks then I get fed up and shave it off! The shaver did work well on the back of my hand!! If it's anything like my last Braun, I had years of very good service out of it.
